Who We Are

MSA Law Chamber is a Karachi-based chamber of advocates and corporate consultants. We advise and represent clients in constitutional, administrative and service matters; employment and labour disputes; property and land; corporate, commercial and SECP work; maritime, energy, insurance and intellectual property questions; consumer protection; due diligence and debt recovery; and the drafting of contracts and legal opinions.

The chamber is rooted in Karachi’s legal and commercial life. Our work sits where statute meets practice: a business that must stay compliant while it keeps operating, an employer or employee in a workplace dispute, a government decision that needs to be examined, or property, credit or a commercial relationship that is at risk.

If you are looking for a lawyer in Karachi for a particular problem, our practice pages explain how we handle it: property lawyers in Karachi, labour and Labour Court cases, Sindh Service Tribunal appeals, cheque bounce and debt recovery and constitutional petitions in the High Court of Sindh.

Our identity is deliberately simple: trust, experience and precision. We aim to give advice a client can act on and representation prepared with care, so that clients return because the work was useful, not because of slogans.

How We Work

Our Approach

Our method is deliberate: it moves from your actual position to a course of action that can be defended and implemented.

Understand

Every matter starts with the facts. We review your documents, correspondence and timeline, and take time to understand what you need, whether the matter is commercial, personal or institutional.

Analyse

We examine the governing law: the statute or service rules, the contract, the available remedies, the correct forum and any limitation periods. We also weigh the risks of acting against the risks of not acting.

Clarify

We explain your position in plain language, so that you understand your options, the likely steps and the costs involved before you decide. We regard this as a professional duty, not a courtesy.

Strategise

The strategy is built around your real objective: resolving a dispute, protecting a position, regulatory compliance, recovery, or a decision that must withstand scrutiny. Where a negotiated outcome serves you better than litigation, we say so.

Execute

We carry out the work the matter requires, from pleadings and court appearances to contracts, negotiation and regulatory filings. You are kept informed at each significant step.

Remain Available

Legal problems evolve after the first hearing or signature. We treat representation as a continuing professional relationship and remain available as your matter develops.

Sindh Service Tribunal, Karachi

Aqib Khalid v. Inspector General of Police & others (Execution)

Execution Application No. 61 of 2025 in Service Appeal No. 06 of 2024 ·

Execution application by a reinstated police constable who was paid only 36 days’ salary, with the rest of his out-of-service period (10.02.2018 to 24.04.2025) treated as extraordinary leave without pay. He argued that the operative paragraph of the earlier judgment (“back benefits” and “leave of kind due”) did not allow this, relying on 2021 SCMR 962 and Rule 16.3 of the Police Rules, 1934. The Tribunal held the judgment had not been satisfied and directed payment of back benefits from 05.01.2018 to 24.04.2025.
