Amjad Ali has approximately eight years of experience in the legal profession. His work has included High Court litigation, constitutional litigation, employment and labour matters, administrative law, banking litigation, corporate law and commercial legal work.
He brings to the chamber a combination of courtroom experience, commercial awareness and a habit of looking for solutions that can actually be carried out. A distinctive part of his approach is the translation of complicated legal provisions into advice that a business or organisation can use while remaining compliant and operational.
His experience in employment, labour, service and constitutional matters sits within a broader litigation practice. He looks for answers that are not only technically available but commercially sensible — and that a client can implement without creating a second problem in the course of solving the first.
